Branch Manager
This role will have an emphasis on accurate purchasing using historical data and trends. The ideal candidate will have managerial experience, experience in the Turf industry, and will be ready to help us Exceed Customer Expectations.
The Branch manager will report directly to Brendan McCormack, the Aftermarket Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, SKILLS, APTITUDE, AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Assist in the development of processes including meeting standards and expectations, creating efficiencies in Operations procedures, and adapting to changes in business, products, and systems.
- Manage GI/LPG operations, inventory, logistics, and personnel.
- Proper use of historical data and sales trends will be key in determining proper inventory levels and decision making of “Emergency Orders” versus “Stock Order.”
- Working supervision of the internal GI/LPG group, engaging with Storr’s entire GI/LPG team to focus on efficiency, continuous growth and organization - leading to operational excellence.
- Leading GI/LPG Team towards exceptional customer service through education, coaching, and process implementation.
- Accurately investigate any inventory discrepancies and formulate viable solutions to eliminate future inventory inaccuracies.
- Oversee all stock order receipts and restocking of all Irrigation inventory.
- Work in a collaborated effort with GI/LPG managers and sales teams to determine marketing strategies to grow revenue and market share.
- Ability to interview, hire and terminate employees.
- Coordinate delivery of Golf and Res/Com customer orders via Storr Tractor Trucking Coordinate Warehouse transfers to and from any of the Turf or Storr branches.
- Attend LPG Monday conference calls and other meetings as requested by LPG Manager.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- 4-7 years of experience in the golf industry, branch manager, or related field
- Bachelor's Degree in related field is preferred but not required
- A strong understanding of logistics
- Knowledge of irrigation systems
- Valid Driver’s license
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Salary: $90,000 - $100,000

A typical schedule for this position is Monday through Friday 7:00am to 4:30pm. The expectation is that the selected candidate will arrive 15-30 minutes prior to 7:00am to prepare for the day.
